Today, I was tanked by 2nd Black Widow miniboss in AQ. I soloed the first one unscathed.

It was because of her evade and immediate attack. Is the correct strategy to hit 3 times and run?

Second question. I pulled the 4*. Worthy only to rank 3 or some value in rank 4?
