Prof x seems to have a bug where he doesn't gain his vigilance passive after hitting 25 charges

    It would be helpful if you included additional information such as if this was against specific champs, what nodes, etc.

    Also, Prof x will not gain his vigilance passive against tech champions or those with #psychic shielding as stated in his abilities. Were you using him against a champ that falls into this category?
