    Guillotine 2099 is good after 100 hot combo.
    If u end a fight with special 3 and kill the 9pponent.
    She will start the next fight with 100 hits in the combometer. Try this out she will do so much energy damage if u keep the combo up.

    An SP1 or two then an SP2 with sunspot and most fights are over, plus his perfect block is very nice to have.
