Thor's Heavy Attack [More Info Needed]

I've noticed about 50% of the time when Thor goes for a heavy attack he misses his opponent, then the AI goes for the immediate counter attack

    Actually It's range is less now , if the opponent is not very close , you will miss , it was not a problem before 13.0 update.
