Whos worthy ranking up and AW gem

Hey guys, this is my roaster attached.
1. Would You go with one of the mutants to rank 3?
2. If yes which one? Domino / magneto / archangel
3. Which 5* would You max out from level 4?
4. Which champs would You rank up from level 1/2 to max
I've started investing in Kingpin and got resources for him ( and generic 5* aw gem if needed for anyone ) and i like playing with him. His debuff immunity ( with hood ) is crazy.
Is Hood worth taking to rank 5? I played a bit with him and its really nice. So this two might be cool in team.
In which direction would You expand this roaster?
I'm cavalier doing 100% act 5 exploration.
Doing AW and AQ either.
On side quest i'm struggling with cav difficulty and legendary one ( i'm casual player )
