Synergy of Colossus and Red Omega

Hello everyone. Experts, tell me. The synergy of the Colossus and the Red Omega gives the Colossus +2% to the attack for each active armor reinforcement? Or do all the fortifications count, even those that have disappeared

only currently active armor up buffs counts for that synergy, but that is more then enough ^_^

I shudder to think of what Colossus would do if every armor up buff he received resulted in a permanent 2% damage increase...

Imagine if that was for the Power Gain Synergy too, you'd be hitting Sp3s off 3 Hits...

There would practically be no use for any other champ in the game at that point...
