AW KP bugged on Defense

Hi, I used Apoc against Kingpin on node 43(aspect of evolution, Kinetic Transference) with power down tactic enabled. Kingpin shouldn't be able to shrug his debuffs. Parry didn't shrug off and then I revived and tried again and applied Mr F petrify and he shurgged it off in the start and went into Overpower fast in both fights. Used Apoc as his debuffs can't be shrugged off but alas, they did. Power down tactic is a really good tactic but what's the use if it's bugged and doesn't work. Can you clarify this? I did record the video in both fights. If needed, I can share it to Support. Thanks!
