Need help with roster

Hey guys
I am a newish player that is also busy with real life. So I don't get to follow the game as much as i would like. I have completed Act 4 and have somehow gone through to 5.2.3. It seems the last 3 chapters that are a little bit more difficult. So i need your help in figuring out what champs to rank up next that will hopefully push me through to becoming Uncollected. Below are the pics of my roster
P.S. My skills are appalling

    Are all your 5*'s shown in the picture? If so, i wouldn't rank any of those 5's. Maybe dragon man..

    But i would focus on getting your 4* herc awakened, same with 4* doom
