Is Ultron worth a Tech AG?

Hi all -
Just got lucky and duped my 6* Nimrod with the featured, so now determining what to do with my 6* tech AG.
I’ve got a fully formed Tech T5CC, and am going to R3 my Ultron within the next week unless I pull Warlock as a 6* (or maybe Peni) in the interim. (Highly unlikely).
I’ve done some research and it does appear he gets some good benefit from his sig ability.
I’m NOT going to hold the stone from Ghost since I already have her max sigged as a 5* and don’t play her enough to justify the sig investment as a 6*, even if I do get her. Similar with Guardian - love my 5* max sig, but don’t see making the sig investment at 6* for him given how many other champs ahead of him in my current roster - again even if I get him.
Only other champs I could see potentially holding it for are Sentinel, or maybe Peni (although I don’t think she gets as much benefit as Ultron or Sentinel do).
I do have Guilly 2099 and could also use it for her, but I don’t love her gameplay so she is currently sitting at R1. I’ll probably eventually R2 her, but don’t see using her anywhere near as much as Nimrod and Ultron.
That said, I’ve been sitting on this stone for 6 months now so I’d like get some benefit from it.

Long story short, I like Ultron and G2099 plenty, even without their signature. It would be nice to have it, but they're still beastly without it so I might save the AG if you're on the fence.
Heck I used my skill AG on moleman though (and not unhappy with my choice) so what do I know
@JoshKosh557 I won’t be able to get him to high sig - probably around 20 at best for some time. Have other champs in line ahead of him, and will probably prioritize tech stones for Nimrod for a bit.
Still worth doing even at a modest sig level? I think yes, but you have more experience with him.
