I pulled a 5 star Hercules!

Hi I pulled a 5 star Hercules on my other account I started in October and I didn't really play that often so after 100% exploring the first 3 acts I bought three 3-5 star Hercules Grandmaster crystals where I pulled a 5 star Hercules. I was amazed and in shock and I was wondering if there is any way for me to get 4 T2 Alpha, T4CC, T4 Basic and T1 Alpha on a Level 20 account.
