Omega Red vs Special Delivery

Omega Red used to be able to ignore special delivery damage via his tentacle attacks. Unfortunately I did not record this myself but I can say with certainty that he used to be able to ignore it.

I’m not sure when this was changed or what caused it, but I’m sure that he used to be able to ignore special delivery damage. If this is indeed a bug, I’d love it to be fixed along with his inability to counter rising sun and dormammu’s degen effects as well.

    He definitely used to ignore special delivery, not sure why he doesn’t anymore. I’d love to get some clarity on this, as well as the other degeneration effects too.
