Willpower and Liquid courage

Liquid courage chips 0.6% of health per second, while willpower regens 0.7% health per second. So how on earth does the poison damage be more than the regen? I don't use double edge. I have maxed out liquid courage, max will power, max salve, and max recovery.

I saw poison damage to be 94 per tick, while regen was 92 per tick, on nick fury. What's the math?

U need champs like Corvus, herc, abomintation, omega, cable+white mag synrgy.. For example than u will heal really with suicid mastery.. Poisen debuff reducey regen property by 30%

Also worse in war since opponent has despair and your health might be boosted
