On a scale of 1-10, how good is my roster so far?(definitely some pretty bad champs in there)

Just pulled 5* longshot from a science/mystic, should I rank him? I have the 4* maxed and I think he's pretty good, and I don't have any other mystics who are currently good to use

I'll probably wait until next week's side quest unlocks though, because of the the 5* class awakening gem and 5* nexus, because I don't have many t1 alphas
