Holiday gift reversed?

I got the 2021 holiday gift card and exchanged it for the rank up gem. I never used it but I know that I exchanged it and saw the option on my r1 6* champs to use the gem to upgrade. But today, when I went to r2 tigra to do the champion fight in 6.2, it is no longer in my inventory and I have the gift card again. Can someone help me I put in a ticket but got no response.
