    Depends on your roster. Without any context i would personally go VP as he is fun, good for short and long fights, and has a solid kit.

    Claire Voyant awaken ability is almost useless.. sp3 to get limited time for cheat death mechanic.. no increase in her offensive abilities.

    Whoever you chose.. make sure you like playing with them.

    I just recently got BWCV and she's incredibly versatile. If you have an eye towards utility and sustainability with respectable damage (I don't run suicides either), I'd go with her. Tigra is another nice mix of utility and damage. If you're more interested in damage than utility, Longshot and Domino are probably better options. If the opponent isn't incinerate-immune, Longshot's SP2 in particular deals crazy damage.
