Recovery of Masteries, but got an issue or an something i don't know. #help

My friend need to recover his Masteries, but in his game it is shows he is required an item called "Recover"... But, he has only 2 'Recovers'.. was this a thing?.. how can he find more 'Recovers'?.. help please

    There used to be a unit cost when recovering masteries, but this was changed so that’s it’s free to do so now. Newer players got the ‘Recover’ tokens when starting out the game (as seen in the photos), but they are not needed anymore.

    Your friend can recover masteries when needed at no cost, and the tokens are not required. There is still a unit cost when reapplying points on the mastery tree, so keep that in mind.
