Thanks for the help.
How much will it cost to complete the task without suicide masteries?
Should I take easy path or short path?
Should I use revive on Medusa and Quake or just use team revive?
Please let me know if you have any other suggestions. :)

    It is too painful without suicides. Would not recommend it. Trust me I tried with 30% boosts.
    Single revives only for Medusa and karnak specific fights. For the random fights, team revives serves better.
    Depending on skills and masteries it may vary from 2.5k to 4k maybe 5k. (Not including stash).
