Is doc ock still a good champ?

I recently got a 6* Doc Ock and I'm curious if he's still a good champ, I know his Awakened ability gives him so extra utility but im wondering if he's worth going to R2 or should I wait to dupe him?

    Still best counter for passive powergain. I have a 6star r1->2 gem with his name one it and I will r3 him asap whenever I get him. Haven't even got the 5 star when the 4 star was one of my faves to play back in tha day smh
