(Uncollected) Arena crystal dont have units anymore?

Hi Kabam,

Could you kindly check, with all the percentage in opening the crystals...

i opened 5 uncollected arena crystals, then 3 single arena crystals, then 1 uncollected, and another 5 uncollected..
Spend over 130k BC, and got ONLY gold...

When uncollected arena crystals came out, i had openings with over 400 units on 5 uncollected arena crystals..

I can understand random percentage, but this seems very severe and not real....

    Sometimes i get gold to units about 20 to 1... Sometimes I get 3 in a row. Its random. I have found if you need units quick, just buy the regular arena crystals. You get more chances so the outcome tends to turn out better.

    It averages out long term to being roughly 2 units per 1k battle chips

    Or 4 units per normal arena crystal

    20 units per uncollected.

    Over 400 units on 5 uncollected crystals is 4x the average so I guess you are regressing to the mean.
