Looking for entire BG to get our alliance back to Plat 4

Currently Gold 2 and maps 7/6/5. Maps are flexible, so we can adjust if needed. Lots of good people, but we want to clear out ppl that are holding back the rest of the alliance so we can get back to plat 4. Our avg prestige is roughly 11K, so looking for people at at least 10k.
