I finally managed to overpower Mordo with Moleman. Now I am finally facing the Champion boss I am aware he has been changed to make the fight more manageable and still challenging. I have Dr.Doom, Sorcerer Supreme, Archangel, Dr.Voodoo, Cap Beardo for the champion boss. I am going for my first attempt and i have 2 team revives. I am open to all tips and suggestions feel free to do so.

Stagger the bad buffs with doom, take blocked hits and dex part of it which is the annoying bit and you'll be fine.

Not sure if you still need help, but for the third phase (40%-10% I believe) heavy countering The Champion's heavies and SP1s and immediately dash in to intercept and land a full combo that will push him above a bar of power is the key to easily do the fight with doom. It's pretty safe to do so in this phase because the champion will be really aggressive; MD surely helps but it isn't needed. Good luck ^_^

I used Doom for the fight. He made it quite easy, so I'd suggest you use him almost exclusively. Watch some videos on YT to get an idea of how to work around his abilities. As @te_dua_shum said, heavy countering would be very helpful, but you need to be a bit careful. I didn't try anything risky and still managed to take him down. Just try to keep the staggers up.
Also, for the dexing challenge, for some it's easier to dex the second hand chop of the sp1 as opposed to the head butt.
