Apocalypse Special Attack Debuffs

I was doing an apoc mini in alliance war, and doing so, I noticed that apocalypse was placing his special attack debuffs on me, even though I hadn’t been hit. So I gained a degeneration that very quickly chunked down my health, and cost me a death. I’ve fought many apocalypse before, never had this happen before. Has it been returned to what was intended, as “on activation of special attacks”, or is it a bug?

    If you read apoc’s abilities you’ll see that if the other champ is suffering from a dot debuff his special debuffs will apply on special activation and last 30% longer

    @Maratox, so it’s working as intended now. Because before, I’d take fights with say hulkbuster and wouldn’t gain that DoT effect regardless of the poison already on me.

    Hulkbuster reduces offensive ability accuracy for each armor up he has so that’s probably what it was.
