Banned / actually a bug

So today when I went to play the game the screen poped a message saying i am permanently banned without stating any reason. I am sure I didn't do anything to violet any terms of service. So i cleared my app data and logged into my game using kabam id and I can access my id no ban. But then when i restart the game the screen saying i am banned pops again.
In short when i have to play each time I have to clear app data and log in again if i restart the Game it says I am banned.
I would like to know if someone is facing this issue or i am just the one getting special treatment from kabam.
I have raised a ticket in kabam support so hope they fix this soon.
