should i put 5 star sentinel on my team or a 4 star punisher 2099

Im trying to make a really powerful team and I was wondering if I should put a 5 star sentinel on my team or a 4 star punisher 2099 as my tech champion

    i have all these characters but its not finished rn but its gonna be mole man ihulk doctor doom hercules and either sentinel or punisher 2099

    Mole man purifies debuff while Sentinel is bleed immune. Use Sentinel but consider Punisher if he is the better option for some fights.
