V4 DPX Bug

Hi all, when I was in V4 1.2, I was fighting the DPX boss. I was using She-Hulk and spamming heavies against the wall, when DPX threw his SP1, twice! The nodes say that he has a -100% chance to use specials, yet he did. Unfortunately, I don't have a recording of this encounter. Please let me know if I missed something in the node description.
