Not receiving Gift

When I get messages about a gift and told to tap below nothing is there

    Did you claim the gift from the Stash already? If you claim rewards from the stash, the mail with it won't have anything attached.

    As other said, you probably already claimed it. For some reason there is sometimes a delay in gifts and messages from others. I will sometimes read message or open gift and minute or two later get message I got mail or gift (that I already opened minute or two earlier).
