Hi, so I've run this on a number of occassions since the bishop rework.
figured I'd finally post here to bring attention to it.
It's not game breaking, but it is kind of annoying.
When using Bishop with Storm synergy, the synergy gives him +1 bar of power at start of fight.
However, you have enough time to spam special at start to through a special before gaining that power.
So as seen in this video:

First fight, enter with 1 energy, use special before synergy gives +1 bar.
Result: throws sp1 .. ends with 2 bars of power into next fight.
so far so good.
2nd fight, enter with 2 energy, use special before synergy gives +1 bar.
Result: throws sp2 (yes) .. ends with 1 bar of power ... ??
I would expect it would end with 3 bars of power .. but it's consuming the power used for the sp2 instantly (which shouldn't happen)
Then granting the +1 bar after that.
