Elsa and Suicides

I just came up against Elsa in War, and they had Suicides on. I was caused to Degen from the start of the Fight. Is this an intended outcome, or is she not supposed to inflict that through Suicides? Thanks.

    This has been the case since Elsa was released and is intended. Always bring a mutant to fight Elsa unless you know the player who put her there does not have suicides.

    All good. First time I've encountered her with Suicides in War. I use her constantly but I don't run them. Thanks.
