Question about Knull and Despair Mastery

Knull can stack a ton of debuffs, way more than the 20 needed to get to 100 percent Despair reduction.

Question: why does this not reverse healing if Knull places more than 20 debuffs?

    Because despair caps off at 100% reduction.

    Unfortunately no. Its one of those things where you either know it or you don't.
