AW war timeout bug

In the most recent war, of what is war N06 of the season I believe. A member in our alliance went in to fight a thing on node 53 he took the fight and he timed out reducing things health to the percent shown in the image above however when he went to fight thing again his health was back to full. While he did not die to that thing because his health had been restored he timed out again resulting in our attack bonus being further reduced. As a player of MCOC I am asking if this kind of thing is happening to other alliances and what is Kabam doing about as this bug is something that affects the outcome of war and it may eventually be the deciding factor between a win a loss if it occurs again in the future.
