Winter Soldier Buff Concept
Passive:
-Winter Soldier cannot gain Fury or Precision buffs; if he were to gain one, then instead gain a matching passive effect
-All basic attacks have a 30% of granting Winter Soldier a Fury passive, granting +X attack for 10 seconds
Assassin's Missions
-Complete Actions per fight to gain passives; these passives last for the entire quest
1) Land 50 attacks - gain a permanent passive cruelty, gaining +X critical damage rating
2) Intercept the opponent 5 times - gain a permanent passive precision, gaining +X critical rating
3) Punish a special attack 5 times - Gain a true accuracy passive, ignoring evade and auto-block effects
4) Use all 3 special attacks - Gain a passive vigilance passive, ignoring miss effects
5) Perform a well-timed block 10 times - gain a perfect block passive, gaining +30% perfect block chance
Ammo Load
-Ammo is switched on 4th light attack or when dashing back and holding block for 1.50 seconds
-Each ammo type gives different effects activated on Special Attacks
-Ammos are Armor Piercing, Incendiary, and Hollow Point
Special Attacks
-Armor Piercing - Winter Soldier ignores all of the opponent's Armor and Resistance Ratings and inflict rupture debuff on the opponent
-Incendiary - Winter Soldier incinerates the opponent; removing perfect block chance and reduces Block Proficiency; deals burst damage on critical hits equal to 50% of the damage inflicted
-Hollow Point - Winter Soldier bleeds the opponent; bleeds inflicted may become critical if inflicted upon a critical hit

-Each bullet hit inflicts a Rupture, Incinerate, or Bleed debuff dealing X direct damage over 5 seconds
Special Attack 2
-Each bullet hit inflicts Rupture, Incinerate, or Bleed debuff dealing X direct damage over 5 seconds; inflicts heal block debuff on the opponent for 15 seconds
Special Attack 3
-Each bullet hit inflicts Rupture, Incinerate, or Bleed debuff dealing X direct damage over 5 seconds; inflicts physical vulnerability debuff ont he opponent for 20 seconds
Awakened Ability: EMP Upgrade
-An upgrade to Bucky's bionic arm grants him bonus effects
-+X% critical rating scaling up with power
-Critical hits power drain the opponent for 10-15% of their max power
