I cant understand why? Like Kang, I've bested him in act 2 yet he come back like 3 times, Thanos was still alive too even tho he was real bad for The Battlerealm, What about The Maestro btw? Is he alive? And in monthly quest too, those who defeated (like real bad guys) arent killed and just come back, then what's even the point? I bet even Galactus will stay alive even tho he literally eats The Battlerealm like it's his bowl of cereal, like it's his Breakfest man
So why?

You might be taking the game too seriously.
But just to feed into your madness, doesn’t that happen in the comics too? Villains are defeated continuously, or killed and resurrected.

Just having fun with the story, I might be the only one who read all the dialogues

    Maestro is dead
Oh really? Cool, did he was turned into an Infinity stone or what? Btw I always thought it could be cool if 7.3 Kang (but let's say 7.4's Superior Kang since the 7.3 one didn't do it) were to using his time travel technology to bring young Maestro into to help him, and this is where The Overseer gets into the story

Look at it like this, you haven’t actually killed anyone and just defeated them by knocking them out

Excatly and then why wouldnt them just try doing their evil things again

I don’t think many of us read them.
Also, should my 5* Kang from the gifting event be dead? I’d love a zombie Kang.
Well I mean, just for the story they should be dead, maybe there are just a lot of versions of the same character, in the monthly quest of the month of America chavez it was revealed that there are a lot versions of the same charaxter in the battlerealm, that's confusing but like there was a Evil Rogue

Nice. Well, fair play to you for following the story. I’m sure a lot of effort goes into creating the plot and dialog and it would be sad if nobody read them.

    Yeah, good to have me.
I've even sent them my suggestion for the next act's Villain with the cores of the plot

I’m fairly certain Thanos gets trapped in a crystal when you beat him at the end of act 3. Then gets released by Guillotine to deal the final blow to Maestro at the end of act 4.
Collector also gets locked in a crystal before finally escaping.
Don’t remember the reason for the rest

The story and lore in permanent story content is kinda underrated imo (except for the first two chapters of act 7, that was just disappointing).

I liked those a lot. Way better than act 4/pre-shortening acts 1-3. Pretty much every chapter could be summed up in just a few lines

Ikr? The story is so cool, and I think 7.1 was a bit like nothing happened

They aren't killed. Is similar to pokemon, they are only defeated/fainted.

I don't know. Maybe. This is also for 13+ years old, and isn't supposed to be such graphic.

I didnt ask for idk... tons of blood, cutted heads and such things, just for villains who r defeated to not be seen again in story

The end of the fight screen literally says KO…Knockout.

It doesn’t stand for Killed Off

I'm talking about the story, not the literal fights. But I didnt know that tbh

Interesting concept. Taking it further: What if you had to get all new champs because when they lost, they were literally knocked off your roster for good?

Sounds like a bonanza for crystal sales…

You seen the age rating for this game?? 💀💀.
If you want that then there's plenty of games that can fulfill your desire for "gore"

    A. When you fight a champion and beat them, you just KO them (Knock them Out). They aren't dead. Also, by this logic, how can you go back in a quest 6 times and fight the same bad guy?

    B. The multiverse would be a simple answer. This is no the same bad guy, but a practically identical variant. Or time travel. Or a life model decoy.

    C. In the comics, literally nobody is ever too far gone to be resurrected. It happens to countless characters and sometimes multiple times.

    D. For Kang, that is kinda his thing. You never can really beat him because he is a master of time travel and multiversal travel. He does what he wants for the purposes of the plot.
