Rank up options - please help

I mostly do end game and event quest content. With that in mind will y’all please help me to decide who to rank next?

    Thank you for the quick response RatedSViper! Forgive my ignorance but what is Kingpin most useful for?

    Also here is a photo of my top champs which weren’t in the other screenshots because I don’t have what I need to R5 anyone. Everyone in this screenshot is 4/55 or equivalent. I’m adding this shot in case there’s some great synergy I’m not aware of that would change who I should rank.
