About the parry issue

So I've seen numerous people say the timing is off so just parry earlier you will be fine, yer OK for some of us that's played this game years it's easy enough saying that when you have muscle memory in your hands you can't help but parry when your supposed to parry even starting the next fight you tell your self you need to parry earlier and you still end up trying to parry at the correct time and getting slapped I'm the face haha

The game's lag is not predictable, and that's the issue. If it was a constant few second delay it would be easy to adapt to, but there are times where it's almost normal and then slows down, and then speeds back up. So when you're trying to adapt to a one or two second slow down one second, the next combo from the AI is coming at you at normal speed.
