1% bug is back again?

Over the last week or so, virtually every fight I have had opponent health goes to 1% first requiring an extra hit for ko.
For the folks out there that with the obvious, NO, I am not talking about the SQ with power of love/head over heels. This is aq, war, monthly eq, arena, etc.
Wondering if anyone else has noticed similar?
