Ghost bug?

Any ghost users having problems where she doesn't phase at the beginning of the fight. Exploring 6.2.5 and sometimes happens on mordo unless I'm missing something. Take a combo to the face right at the very start. No phase at all. And yes she is duped

    I see now. Strength in numbers node. Been so long since I've done this fight. Got him down to 1 percent with doom because of do not go gentle node so didn't revive him and used ghost. 12.5 percent chance got me I guess lol
