Max Liquid Courage Mastery increases 30% attack with a permanent decrease of 0.6% health per second. Does this reduction trigger the increase in health from Willpower?
Assume both masteries are maxed out.

    Yes, poison reduces willpower’s effect on your champs that aren’t poison immune
