No 5 and 6 stars in Cast and Crew Cav reels

For the last two cast and crew Cav crystals I opened (3 days apart), there were no 5 or 6 stars in the reel. Absolutely none.
Please confirm if this is just a visual bug or the crystal drop rates are bugged.
Getting a 3 or 4 star is pretty much the odds with the crystal. However with such a reel, do 5 and 6 stars even exist in the crystal.

I've opened five and got 3 4* and 2 5*.

Yes, They are there. Those dang dastardly hard to get 5*s and 6*s in the Cavs.
