bug with punisher 2099's sp3

Hi guys,

I just noticed an issue where my punisher is no longer inflicting desintegration on his sp3... in quest and in duel at least... whereas it should be always triggered, right ? anyone else noticed this ?

here's one of the videos I made, go to 1.03 it did not activate, whereas the second did... go figure

Visions special 3 is broken too.

You need 50% battery for degeneration to trigger, that’s why the first didn’t activate.
