Didn’t receive additional items from unit bundles

So too summarize i’ve sent an extensive email too kabam about the issue along with proof of purchase with dates and times. basically what happened was i purchased one of the odin bundles during the valentines weekend (i’m cav) and only received the units no 6* shard or nexus or heals potions or the specials cavs (can’t remember the name) and the only reason i really bought it was the additional items sure the units are nice but i wouldn’t have purchased it if it weren’t for the additional items which i didn’t receive and i’m still waiting on a response from kabam. decided too post in forums too bring more attention too the issue and hopefully get a response
