Deardevil Classic Vs Symbiod

Deardevil classic cannot hit symbiod after they do a heavy attack his hit is not counted it's doing me like this before 15 i stopped using him in AQ because of this . today i thought it was fixed since it's been +30days i didnt use him but it's the same ( his attack is not counted ) .
well he can't also hit everyone one who has a leg heavy like his heavy ( spiderman.dd.cyclop.....) but happens 100% with symbiod
