Pause button isn’t working

Ok im in story quest and to save aegon combo meter while opponent through sp3 so we can clearly pause it before it contact us and quit to gain that combo and also its a clear ko for us but now it not working anymore whereas you can pull notification bar or slide to home screen and go back to game to quit and get it back but main point is why the heck pause button not working…..!

    I noticed this during a special 3. That’s usually when I pause to run to the bathroom or grab some water, but the button wasn’t working.
