3* Sigil Scarlet Witch?

When you filter by 3* champs the Sigil version of Scarlet Witch shows up in the list but I have yet to see a way to actually get a 3* version of her? She's the only 3* champ I don't currently have so it would be nice to be able to complete that "collection".

    As a non-sigil person, for all of the progression levels, is the 4* available? And then I assume around UC the 5* shows up and Cav the 6*? Is there a 3* for lower progression levels?

    yes.

    anyone can collect the tokens for them, but you unlock the 5* at Conqueror and the 6* at, IIRC, Uncollected.
    Is there a 3* for lower progression levels?
