Who should i rank up ?

Hey all I'm on 6.2.2 and i have no idea on who i should rank up next, i have a t5b in my over flow and i want to use it before it expires. I currently have a r5 5* doom, r5 5* ht and r5 5* hercules. P.s all the champs listed in the poll are not awakened, Tia!
