Which is fine I mean had they stuck to the original timetable some people, like myself, for example would never have been able to get the 6 star version, which I'm just now going to be able to afford this week for the first time.
And while there are many things that I hope get updated in the sigil, I'm not in a rush for another exclusive champion unless they can definitely give us someone truly unique like Sigil Witch and not just throw in a random Thanos or Kang, like we could get from the GGCs.
With all due respect, they also said they wouldnt be nerfing Strange, Witch, etc... before 12.0.
Somewhat more recently, Kabam Miike said that a 5* Scarlet Witch wouldn't be released cuz she was capable of tearing through all content that was available at the time.
I don't remember them ever commenting on changes to those Champs pre-12.0. In fact, that was part of the effect, the surprise of it. As for SW, they said they didn't have any plans at that time. As the game changed and evolved, they found a way to add them in a way that still maintained the balance. We can speculate ad nauseum, but they have no plans to add another Champ to the Store at this time.
