Who to rank up?

Thanks to the very very generous SQ rewards I got 5* Kitty pryde, Nick Fury and Hawkeye. I don't have an awakening gem for any of them and could use a better skill attacker for Cav EQ(I've been using hit monkey r4 5*)
So my question is , who is better unawakened? Kitty Pryde or Nick

I’d say both have different strengths when AG’d. Kitty’s probably the most solid of the two without awakening, but Nick’s still a great attacker without the gem.
