Lost my account somehow !

I signed out of my main account to sign in my alt and park it in a friends ally . Then I signed out of alt and tried to sign back into main and it is now telling me to enter a valid email and I cannot get back in ! I have been back and forth with Kabam support all day and they keep telling me that the security info I’ve provided is incorrect even though I know it is correct . I literally sent screen shots of purchase history and Game Center ID stuff . I’m literally corresponding with them through the email I created the account on ! This is crazy and was not my error . I’ve got years of time and thousands invested into this game and all I keep getting back from them is a generic response that makes me feel like I’m talking to a computer! Anyone have any suggestions on how I could get back into my account ?

    Buying accounts? I don’t know what your talking about laserjohn? Buying what account. The account I lost is my main account that I started years ago? And my alt is just a smaller account I created to have a mini . Not sure what you meant by this ?

    Can you try to logout from your alt account and then don't login but just tap the screen.
    I hope you device will "remember" your main account and load it.

    Winterthur thank you for the information on this. I did manage to get back into my account and going forward I will never play two accounts from the same phone again lol . Cheers
