Where are my MROC rewards…

This is day three of me not receiving my package and this is absurd I’ve tried to contact support but they don’t respond. As one of the many, many people who have played MROC with a linked account and have still yet to receive our package, I am livid. My account name is The_Avenged as it was on MROC, MCOC, and what it is on this forum. My username is unique to me meaning only I can have it so if somehow you can look up this on the MCOC database and reward me with at the very least the lowest level package for the time and effort I put into this game, that would be greatly appreciated.

If you've already submitted a ticket, the Support Team will get back to you as soon as they have been able to look into your issue. Given the nature of the issue and the number of reports they have to look into, this may take some time, but you can rest assured that they'll get back to you as soon as they can.
