Did y'all actually push anything live? Ghost still can't phase recoil, Guillotine regen is still 2% of damage dealt, OS and CB weren't even in the game until a couple hours ago and Psycho-man still hasn't been buffed.

One of the reasons we lost the old buff program was because of this new rating system and now y'all don't even want to release it. You can't actually be serious...Its beyond a joke at this point just pure idiocy

We will be delaying the new system while we work to get more Ratings completed so that the system has more value to Players.
