Switching to ios

One of my ally members is switching from android to iOS. The problem is their account is linked to their google play store and not Kabam so when they try to login it starts a new account. They still have their old phone for a few days, is there anything they can do to link their account to Kabam to save it?

I do this all the time when I get a new phone. I go from iOS to Android and vice versa atleast once a year. All you have to do is click the sign in button. You might have to do there 10 minute tutorial, I forget though.
